I have a great opportunity to shoot for a children's magazine this spring. This information guide is meant to inform you of the process, and the limited specifications the client is looking for. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your child will be chosen. The client (magazine) will have final say in who gets chosen. *Please read through the following checklist and if you can check YES, then please submit the short questionnaire below to be considered!

• Are you willing to follow posing directions and willing to be seen?
• Can you style your hair and apply makeup according to specifications (age appropriate) and wear the clothes provided?
• Are you willing to sign a MODEL RELEASE stating that I can use any image I select for my own marketing purposes?
• Are you willing to follow my FB & IG pages and tag my company when/if images are posted/shared?
• Will you be able to shoot in the next two weeks, most likely a weekday/evening?

WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN FOR YOUR TIME

As a thank you for offering to model for my company, you will receive the session free of charge, approximately 4-6 digital images, fully edited.
